Cancellation policy: VP Holistic Sports & Massage Therapy understands that things come up which require you to cancel your appointment at short notice so if you do need to cancel, please contact VP Holistic Sports & Massage Therapy as your earliest convenience. You will not be charged any cancellation fee if it is made more than 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge. Non attendees or missed appointments will incur a 100% charge. By booking an appointment, you agree to these conditions but this does not affect your statutory rights.
